Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Rep

This person will deal with highly confidential information in our technology based environment so integrity and reliability are a must. They will need good judgement and decision making skills and must be able to handle multiple priorities successfully and solve problems within the scope of the position.


Essential duties and responsibilities:
Preparing and submitting customer invoices utilizing QuickBooks – QuickBooks experience required
Preparing and completing service tickets
Maintaining customer files/Data entry
Assist in collecting on past due invoices while maintaining valuable client relationships
Answer incoming calls on multi-line phone system
Manage customer situations and respond promptly to customer needs
Coordinate appointments with service technicians and maintain company calendar and email

Qualifications:
Experience working with a high volume of information
Accounts payable/receivable experience preferred
Proficient in MS Word & Excel
Quickbooks experience mandatory
Must be able to work in a team environment
Ability to meet deadlines using a high level of attention to detail
Have an overall understanding of many facets of the business environment

We are seeking reliable, energetic team players who have the passion for electronics and the desire to learn in the constantly changing technology field. You will be asked to help in the design, installation, programming and servicing of systems for residential and commercial settings.
If you are in the field or have interest in the low-voltage field and want to be able to service a broad range of systems, we are offering a great opportunity for technicians that want to get involved in network based systems, interactive security systems apps, IP cameras that stream to any device, audio/video and life safety. You will have the opportunity to learn a variety of systems and techniques to become an efficient and effective installation/service technician.
Low voltage, computer experience and management skills are a plus, you must have mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot.
Responsibilities:
Completion of all paperwork
Assisting in projects
Ability to prioritize and demonstrate excellent time management skills 
Willingness to learn new techniques 
Must have basic hand tools 
Work versatile hours and weekends, when needed 
Good health and ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds without injury 
Ability to safely use ladders of varying heights 
All candidates must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation. A professional attitude, appearance, and communication skills are a must.
